How to view your due bills and print your latest invoice?

Sometimes you want to know your post-paid account due bills and/or want to view/print your latest invoice. Follow this post to know how you can do that by yourself.

  1. Log-into Banglalion's Self-Care page. Open your Internet browser (Mozilla Firefox/Internet Explorer/Google Chrome or any other that you generally use) and go to http://www.banglalionwimax.com/home.php and click on the SELF-CARE link near the top of the page. Alternatively, you can directly go to http://care.banglalionwimax.com/.

Click on the SELF-CARE link at the homepage

  2. At the Banglalion WiMAX Billing & Collection page, enter your Banglalion user ID at the "User Name" field and your account password at the "Password" field. For example, User ID: example.user and Password: 123456.
    Logging into the SELF-CARE Page
  3. On the main page, it will display your current due bills at "Total Credit". This page will also show the expiration date of your account if bills are not paid in due time.
    User Account Informations:
User ID, Package, Due Amount, Expiration Date etc.

  4. To view your latest invoice, click "History" and then "Transaction History". The bottommost entry is your latest invoice. Click on any "Invoice # xxyyzz". The invoice will appear. It will indicate your last date of payment before line is disconnected.
  5. List of you invoice(s) and payment(s) details
  6. In order to take a print of the invoice, select the respective "Print" command from your browser. If the page gets too large to print in one page, scale it down to 60%, then it will print in one page.

Please Note:
  • Paying at Banks: With the print-out, you can pay the bills at the designated banks. The list of designated banks list can be found at Banglalion's homepage (http://www.banglalionwimax.com/).
  • Paying at Banglalion WiMAX Plaza: If you pay at our plaza, the bill-copy is not absolutely necessary. Your Banglalion user ID or Customer ID is enough to pay your due bills.
